EDIT!!! Here's what i received in a PM by eraety today-

"I want to clarify things about this your post. Dresses are default-replacements of outfit which wears Diva from Downtown (Night Life npc), and those hair are too default-replacements of Diva's hair."

I personally don't know who the Diva from Downtown is, but then again my sims very rarely go Downtown. I'm just passing the info.
