After months of game crashes I finally could built a new house.
I wanted to reproduce this lot of the ChinafanSims Houses thread
because it crashed people's and my game.
But in the end I've modified it a "little bit" like this
, because I don't like the posts of the deck foundation and to get more space for my downloads
.
I built this lot with
all EPs and SPs in Belladonna Cove.

I'm so sorry for that!
Everybody who has already downloaded this house just needs to paste this file http://www.mediafire.com/file/0ff18p3z4xqxd1q/terrainPaint_Suza_gcstone01.package in his dl folder before placing the lot in the neighborhood.
If you will download this lot for the first time: Don't forget to paste the terrainpaint.package in the .rar file into your dl folder!
