This isn't a very good name for the house as it isn't tropical at all.  Just a slightly traditional home by the water.

Susi, this is a gorgeous house! And I like the name...doesn't have to be a tropical place to be called Parrot Cove... it suits the house, I think.  smile Going to download it now!  grin
