I enjoy building houses from real house plans and when I saw this house, I thought, that will be so easy, well it wasn't really but I think I finally got it right. Built by HHF Architects and located in upstate NY, this one of a kind house has been featured in various architect journals. http://s243.photobucket.com/albums/ff205/lillith_666/Mod%20house/It is on a large 4x4 plot and costs $132,345.00 furnished, $51,567.00 empty, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, music room and office, I tried to furnish it from the real life picts so its not cluttered, I did add a few things as it just seems too empty and cold. I did my best but the photos just did not do it justice.
