As requested, Subway Set and Neighborhood Buildings

So I know some people wanted me to upload this, so I decided why not?

The first part is the subway set, which includes several neighborhood decoration items. There are three levels of track; ground level, mid-level and high-level tracks. Some tracks are double, others are transitions from one level to the next, and others are turns at various angles. I tried to provide alot of freedom when it comes to creating your ideal transit system. This set also includes subway cars as neighborhood objects, at various levels of track. So there are essential three subway cars included in this set. Unfortunately, they are not animated. The subway car for the lot are still a work in progress.

The second part includes contemporary neighborhood buildings; including two apartment buildings, two office buildings, a civic building, an abandonned building, and two historical townhouses. I also included, a bonus raised historical walkway, which is from my cathedral set, but isn't as high poly as the rest of the objects from that set. It can be used as a raised walkway or as a seawall, which really makes the neighborhood look much better.

And some previews, some items are missing from the preview, ie. the second office building, the civic building and the abandonned building. But they are in the download:
