Lot Type- Residential (can easily be converted into a community lot with cheat)
Lot Size 3x4 or 3x5 (not certain)

More photos (some redundant) here

I have all expansion packs installed

To the best of my recollection, I did not use anything from OFB, Pets, Seasons or Bon Voyage
(though something may have slipped past me) on this lot.  If you don't have all expansions,
install at your own risk.

By downloading this lot all you are getting is the build, exterior details and some negligible landscaping.
This lot is unfurnished, undecorated and there are no interior details
(such as wall coverings, floors, stairs etc.)

There are quite a few different terrain paints used on this lot, be sure to install them all
lest you end up with the flashing blue terrain of doom.

Included in the RAR is a folder of all of Loco Plus' door and window recolors
that I have in my game- they did not package with the lot and quite frankly I can't determine
which ones I actually used by looking at the names.  Also included is a scriptorium file
for Neveah223's invisible stairs.
Drop this file in your modular stairs folder (if you have the scriptorium installed)
I've heard tell that the stairs will appear and be functional without the scriptorium installed,
however you won't be able to use them on any other lots without the Scriptorium installed.

So cool mbeans.  The more I kept looking at it at the WCIF section the more it seemed to call to me haha.  I've never had a lot like this and I wanna try it.  Thanks a lot grin

I generally don't like over stylized Asian lots, so this is perfect! Thank-you!

What a great lot.  I have a themed neighborhood that this would be absolutely perfect for!  Thank you so very much. cheesy
