So I am all about trying out anything that will improve the quality of my pictures. With that said, there is a new fix for splotchy or improperly rendered body hair. It does require altering your graphicsrule file. Unlike the HD/HQ Mods, this alters the sim quality option while they (the HQ/HD Mods) alter the Render Sim Texture Sizes. Sim Quality Option is based off your settings (Very High, High, Medium, etc). With this fix any custom body hair will look sharper and more stream-line.
I did test this in my own game and took very quick before and after pictures. You will notice the edges on the after are less splotchy. The hair on the forearms is finer, and even the eyebrows look cleaner.
