I didn't built it, or at least not from scratch :P it's a makeover of a Maxis house from Veronaville - Chorhof 19, don't know what it's called in English. :-[
Re-built for a small family with one teen, but of course you're free to change the rooms to your liking.
Costs a little over 108.00§,
it's built with all SP's and EP's installed and carries a crapload of CC - therefore it split it into 4 archives.
For unpacking just start extracting with MaxisMakeover.part01.rar
I strongly recommend to install it with the clean installer, since there are a lot of recolors in the house, and I'm using Pescados Phone hack, so if you don't want it or use it yourself you'll need to uncheck that one before installing.It's tested in game, Sims won't be stuck anywhere, it's fully playable, just a little note about the pool:
You have to click on the ladder to let your Sims swim, they won't do if you just click on the pool and tell them to.
