[Stains of Time] - M+T Cakestore updo in Pooklet's and Io's colors

More hair, anyone?

Sixteen retextures of that chic updo mesh that got posted at Cakestore a while back. Why nobody has retextured it so far is quite beyond me, I mean, it's a lovely mesh! The only downside is that it works for YA and Adult only, so...Maybe that's why?

 Anyway, I did three Pooklet families and Io's four colors. Mailbomb is not included; since there was no elder mesh I thought it wasn't necessary. All excess hairs for non-exiting age groups have been removed, so your kids and elders won't have a stupid Maxis hair that links to this one. Binned and familied, done with Io's textures and Pooklet's and Io's color actions. Again, if someone needs other colors (dishwasher blonde & co., neons, or something else) - poke me with the lazy stick so I can finish what I've started.

Mesh now included, because the original site no longer exists. I've also cleaned up the files a bit, added better filenames and tooltips, and familied the included colors.

Oh gosh, thanks for reminding me Des! o.O I completely forgot to link back to the mesh...And just when I thought I remembered to type everything that needed to be typed...Oh, well. I need to get myself a remembrall :P

Edited the original post to add a link to the mesh. I would have included it, but the original poster's policy was explicit about not shipping their meshes with recolors, so yeah.

I'm glad you have noticed! A confession right here: I had ridiculously much fun while shooting and editing these pics. I had the hairs done a day earlier, but wouldn't post them before the previews were entirely to my liking.
 Another confession: the concept for the images wasn't purely my own...I got the idea for the sepia image with bright red accents from a certain bande dessineé. (yup, I'm a sucker for comic books, especially the franco-belgian ones!)
