I posted this one when Bon Voyage was released over at SFV.
Still it's one of my favourite lots, so I thought of posting it here again.

Furnished completely with plain old boring Maxis stuff.
Lot Size: 30x50
Cost: 159.062
2 storys

Features: 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sauna, own beach.

EP's required: University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage
SP's required: Family Fun Stuff, Glamour Life Stuff, Celebration Stuff

Note that it can only be placed in neighborhood where the street's close to the beach, e.g. Bluewater Village or Twikkii Island.
