This is my beach house. Fully furnished. I have all EP and SP installed.
House comes in 3 parts.

Have you extract all the CC in your download folder and the house into "Teleport" folder?

this also happened to me. I extracted all the cc and it was showing in my downloads folder and then i put the house in game. I did the way i always do with cc houses. The house i placed in game and it showed a price of 166k but the minute i clicked on the house to enter, the price then went down to 40k something and the lot was empty but all the content was still in my game. Tried this 3 times and gave up
