haha I love gals!!! and I think Ganguros are very funny LOL I had a friend that once tried to became a ganguro...but had 2 problems:
1- He was a boy (cute,but boy)
2- Where I live,you can not dress like a gaguro and go on with your normal life  cheesy  Everyone will think you've gone nuts  :-X Sad but true, I wish i was in tokio
Anyway, he took some awesome photos dressed like a true ganguro LOL
