Title: Lots o'sims (TS3) Post by: allieverwanted on January 19, 2010, 11:28:16 pm I originally had this in my member albums, until I realized there was a place to share them on this forum.... All of my sims use Asian skins made by 234jiao which can be found here: http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=349827 I also use these body sliders: http://linna.modthesims.info/download.php?t=378416 Here is the link to download the sims - http://www.mediafire.com/?zxmitydzdzw I put them all in one file so when you download just pick which ones you want and extract them into your saved sims folder. For the sims to look exactly like they do in the pictures you'll need to download some extra cc. In the list below I separated all of the cc so you can download only the cc that pertains to the individual sim. The list looks long, but in reality a lot of it is repeated...they mostly use the same cc, with some exceptions here and there. They are uploaded with EA clothes only. Anyway, Enjoy! The only thing that will change about the sim is the body if you don't have these sliders...which isn't really a biggy. The faces will still be the same. I'm fully patched up to 2.3 I'm not sure why this would happen, maybe unless you don't have the cc that is listed below each sim, might be the hairstyle. That's the only thing I can think of....Help! I can't get sim-files to work... I've created a map in my root sims 3 folder, called Saved sims, but they wont show up! Do I have to activate the folder or something? Is it a place I can read about this? How do you download your sims? I have the last patches... Someone help! You don't have to make a new folder in your root sims 3 folder. It is located already in "My Documents" go into your electronic arts folder and click on the sims 3, in that folder there should already be a folder called Saved Sims. But here you give us a whle list with perfect Sims! My jaw was getting closer and closer to hit the floor the more I scrolled down and saw more and more beautiful Sims! :)
HOWEVER ( :( ) the Sims are not showing up in my game. Actually, after I downloaded them, only two of my premade Sims are showing up now. Very weird! I got it to work now.. After several hours hehe. :) Patched my game and now it's working. So the problem is NOT the Sims. Thank you for all these beautiful sims, finally I fee like playing again! Can't wait for the men too! EDIT: Alright, so not working anyway. And it is not only with your sims, but with all sims made with recent patches. So I just upgraded and these ladies all work fine, really fine. No crashing. I was too scared to go to 1.8, because of all the problems other people seem to be having with it. Some newer sims that I have downloaded myself didn't work for me either, and I think it's because the creators have more recent patches than the 1.7...so right now this seems to be the problem. Yeah the patch isn't that great but I wanted them ( and awesim content ) so bad that I didn't care that much. Maybe you can try to patch only with 1.7 'cause allieverwanted said she's ( or he =/ ) patched up to that. The only REALLY BAD thing I had with 1.8 is that all store content downloaded illegaly will not show up but there's an alternative to this at MATY ( which I didn't do, too long for me and maybe not enough clear 'cause i'm french ). That's it. Be aware, I don't know all the bugs on these patches, that is just my experience. (I actually did that cause I really wanted these sims in my game! :-[ ) They look really well! I just need to reinstall some make up and change the default skin (dunno wich one I'm using right now.. not peggy's!) and then I'll picture them for you if you may wanna see it! But all of them look beautifull! Thank you veeeery much! ;)

Ok . . . how do you patch it up to 1.7 because my game is well and truly past that patch I think they should work with the higher patches, I've only encountered problems with people that had lower patches than 1.7. Are you putting the files in the right place? Remember....sims don't go into the same folder you put your other downloads in. They go into your MyDocuments\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims folder. when i try and install these sims they dont show up in my game................what am i doing wrong?? Either you aren't patched up to at least 1.7 or you may be putting them in the wrong folder. MyDocuments\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\SavedSims is the folder that sims should go into, not the downloads folder. Hope that helped.
