Hello there your bill kaulitz character hair is perferct however when i try to dowload the Mesh & Dark colors, it only tells me to open it with a file which i am quite unsure or open with internet :/
please i really want to use this hair It is simply perfect

The file is a .rar file. This means you need a program which can open these files, winrar, 7zip, alzip or something else.
I'd suggest you to get 7zip, it's a free program which can extract .zip and .rar and several other archives. Just google for it to download a version in your language.

For quite a lot of files which you can find here you need a program to extract .rar-files, so I'd suggest you to get the program soon.
