I've been looking for this a long time too, and I'm replying here because this thread is linked from another Sims site. The download links unfortunately no longer work. Anyone know where I might find it again?

Nouk has her own site and if I remember correctly all her old files are available there. The site (http://www.noukiesims2.net/) just seems to be down at the moment so I can't check to make sure.  pinch
