I had nothing but problems with packaging this lot, but I spent a lot of today manually copying/pasting files into a separate RAR, and I think I've included every wall, floor, object, recolour, etc...but if there's something missing, please let me know and I'll do my best to find it.
You will need all EP's and SP's, I think. I have them all and I didn't take any away to build this.
The house, fully decorated as is, is around §178,000, and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sorry 'bout the roof, I'm really not good at that sort of thing xD
I have recategorized my entire Downloads folder so it makes more sense....CD racks are in Electronics - Miscellaneous, stuff like that. So if you let my files overwrite any duplicates that you have, it'll possibly be in a different section in your buy catalog.
