What? More Sims 3 news, it seems impossible right? Well, there is some news coming out from the Sims 3 Store for those that have not heard. Free Simpoints!
If you have a
Sims 3 Store Account and have registered your games all you have to do is the following:
1.
Login at the Sims 3 Store.
2. Go to My Store Account, under your username at the top left.
3. You may or may not see an orange button that says: Redeem FREE Simpoints. (NOTE: Some people have had to refresh the page, others have not!)
4. Click the button. Goes without saying right?
5. Terms come up, read it, and accept.
6. Victory! Free Simpoints.
The amount seems to vary. Some people have said they got 500, some a 1000. My first click I got a 1000, but then I got the option to click again, which gave me an additional 1000. I have all of the stuff packs and expansions, yep including that terrible Katy Perry one. No idea if that contributes to the amount you get, but something to keep in mind if you have registered the games and perhaps do not get the same amount as your friends did.
EA is strange. We all know they do not make sense half the time. No one knows what prompted this simpoint love, but if you have an account at the Sims 3 page, have registered your games, might as well grab some points.
