A new residential lot got shared at BeautySims.

Hit 'Bilder' to see screenshots, and 'Eintrag', if you want to read the info on the lot (which will apparently be in german), and to see what EPs are required. As far as I've seen, though, you'll need all EPs and SPs, but I take it installing with CleanInstaller would help.
