So, I had the urge to design houses from my life. There was a condo we lived in when I was really young, but it is extremely vague, and I seriously doubt I could ever remember it. There was a house I was born in (obviously no recollection there), a house I lived in from 2-3, I believe, and I'm not sure if there was another apartment/condo between that house, and the condo I mentioned above, because I only remember one Christmas, and I'm not 100% certain whether it was ours or my sisters.

But this is the first house I remember. We lived in this house from when I was 5, until I was almost 12, so roughly seven years. It was located in a very rural town, St. David in Arizona. It was a few miles from Tombstone (pretty famous old wild west town). On the other side, pretty much attached at the hip, was a town named Benson. It was far more populated, had stores, and restaurants, and according to Googlemaps, there is now a Wal-Mart super Centre down there (a shame, it would be perfect now). If I ever decide to make my own world, I definitely would love to try building this area.

Anyway, onto the house. It was custom built by our next-door neighbour. He turned out to be cheap, and made a lot of mistakes with out house (ironically, he made worse mistakes on his house, such as building a three story house on a one-story foundation) so most of the seven years spent there were filled with expensive home repairs, ripping up carpet to find more cracked under the house, and similar suffering. But for the most part we enjoyed living there. We were on four acres of mesquite grove. I'd put this house on a 64X64 lot, but every time I try that, it ends up on a mountain in the middle of the lot. (if anyone can fix it, I'll love you forever!)

Here's the house:

Shell Version:

Furnished Version:

1. Formal Dining room (A wrought-iron sewing machine with a marble slate as a table top was under the window, and a turquoise chest of draws was next to the archway.
2. Family room (A small table was in between the two red chairs, and a rectangle wrought-iron table was underneath the mirror near the archway. The fireplace was actually on an angle with built-in seating in front of it.)
3. Master Bedroom
4. Master Bedroom's walk-in closet
5. Master Bathroom (Bathtub/shower was actually a one-piece built-in. There is no basegame or Custom Content tub in this style, though.
6. Second Bathroom (This bathroom was actually the same as the master bathroom, but it was re-decorated around the time we moved. This is the redecorated version)
7. My Bedroom (This bedroom, and the spare bedroom across from it, both had large-ish closets with sliding doors. Since I cannot really replicate these, I just left an empty square to fill up the area they'd be
8. Spare Bedroom 1
9. Spare Bedroom 2 (Was a storage room first, then a make-sift office/tv room, sitting room for most of the time afterwards)
10. Living Room (There was a wood chest in that empty corner, and a wrought-iron corner shelf in the area to the right of the Television)
11. The Office (The T.V. was actually on another desk, but that would require Custom Content)
12.The Laundry Room (It also housed a water-heater, and a water softener.)
13. The Kitchen (There was a brass three-shelved table next to the remote that housed the phone. I totally forgot to put something like that in.)

Next will be the house we had in Las Vegas, Nevada, and then the house I currently live in, Tucumcari, New Mexico.

Now, then, the downloads:
House 1-1 (SHELL) (.Sims3Pack Version) COST ($35,575 Furnished, $34,575 Unfurnished)
House 1-2 (FURNISHED) (.Sims3Pack Version) ($77,365 Funished, $38,540 Unfurnished)
Houses 1-1 AND 1-2 (.RAR Version)
