You can do whatever the fuck you want to do with her as long as you do not modify, redistribute, or claim as your own. Do not post your altered version on any site or this file will be deleted (don't ruin it for everybody.) you may use in stories or machinimas no credit is needed in machinimas or stories.
She is packed in base content, she was made with Nightlife, Seasons, Freetime, so I suggest using clean installer.
