hello, I love this!  I stopped playing SIMS 3 for a while and decided to continue.. and the first thing I checked was this forum if u have new houses made. I downloaded one of your houses before but failed to download another one because that was the time I stopped. Where can I download your other houses? I remember you posting it to black pearl but cant seem to find it.

is there something wrong with the pool? cant let my sim swim. Doesnt have swim option.. only fish.

The stairs in the pool is only deco so maybe i forgot to place the swim ladder I'm sorry for that. Just place the ladder and your sims will be able to swim.

This house is soo beautiful ! except it won't work for me... it says "this item has dependencies on EP content that seems to be missing. the missing ep content will be replaced with proxies" and it wont show up in my game.. i have ambitions and world adventures... do i need the "stuff" packs too..

So that means next to WA and Ambitions you also need Late Night, Generations and Pets and have your game updated to 1.26.
Stuff pack isn't needed as far as i can see, which i'm glad about. Don't have any.


Great house. And although it seems to be a gift for someone you don't mind if i use it right 
I like the detail of it. Looks like a startershome. And i don't mind clutter. The more, the better. But a floorplan would be nice if you post that.
Or is that included in the download? And which size is this. 30x20?  Oh and does it need to be placed on a hill or something?
Cause i ain't gonna use Twinbrook.
