I have for you all today a double treat.  :P I present to you Penny and Barrett Owens.  Treat them kindly.  They don't have to stay together if you don't want.  My rules are simple. DON'T CLAIM THEM AS YOUR OWN otherwise do as you like.  I have WA and all patches, not sure if that makes a difference.  They come as you see in the pictures.  I will have to do some research on all of the CC I am too tired to put it up now, but I will work on it tomorrow.
