This is for Sims 3, in the description the creator says he/she has WA  (world adventures)  

Beautiful house and I will add it to my Sims 3 house collection     cant wait to try it in my game. I was able to open the list of contents and some are store items and others are from closed sites. There are some still available at TSR and other sites though so you may have to put something else in place of the items no longer available if you cannot find them at the Graveyard or similar place.
