I really liked this hair that came with Mansion and Garden Stuff. It looked really cool, and easy to retexture. While the basic binned colors looked nice, the hair didn't come with neon colors so I decided to kill two birds with two stones. I used liegenschonheit's neon textures and voila, 5 new neon colors for your bold sims.
The colors are as follows:
purple,
turqoise,
silver,
green and
pink.
This hair is for female YA, Adults and Elders. For Elders, the colors are slightly desaturized but still dyed because...well, I expect your sims to stay hardcore well into their 70's if they wear hair like this.
