(which you may or may not need, 1x1 lots can be a little funny)
There is one hacked object included (which I just noticed, sorry) that oddly enough, is
NOT highlighted in red. The Pets Away sign is from SimLogical and is designed to
keep stray pets off of lots. Just remove it in Clean Installer if you don't want it.
