Mesh is created rather quickly, in about 15 minutes. But correct its shortcomings for a long time ... Many nuances there. But finally corrected them, and the mesh is ready 
Doing the piercing is not too thin at the waist.

Looks great, had one question if I wanted to modify it to fit custom body meshes what software would you recommend. I am shaky on mesh modification so any help or insight you could share would be awesome...and bonus if I can pull it off with your permission I would share them  

Update: I have figured it out, blessed Milkshape.. I have converted the original for use with the following body shapes; Warlokks Fashion Model and the Fitchick. If the author is willing to allow redistribution I will make them available.

I got some clothes from this site.

I'd remesh a few because I don't like the Milante meshes. They cause clothes in CAS to be borked with gaps/holes.

For the piercings, they aren't ajusted at all on a bodymesh. So it's lame. Maybe it works for Prolinetka, but not for me.

Piercings are best from bodyshape meshes at BackAlleySims. Tested and working superbly.
