Requested PeggyFh080501_pegy063 with V bang

I used Remi's Pookleted version, but only took four colours for the V bang edit
- Dynamite
- Volatile
- Molotov
- Safetyfuse

I kept the small hair bow which is alpha editable and removable (you can make it sheer or solid) and put colours also on other ages, Remi's version were only AF apparently.
