The house is generally too big for my play style, so I won't be downloading for that reason, but I wanted you to know that I really liked your entry (the style fits my own, even though the size doesn't, :laugh:), and how you have it decorated now is awesome.  Congrats again on placing 3rd.

lol! the house is really not that big. basic hallway, living rm, dining, kitchen, 2 bedrms, 2 baths, plus the simcave which has a secret entry and is settled near the back of the house. the main area is on the second floor. you enter thru the garage and take elevator to the main house. lower level is all garden and pool area. here is the lot before i partially decorated. oh btw, i left the bedrms, baths, and simcave bare for your liking. thanks for your wonderful comments!
