I hope you don't mind me uploading a few of my favorite lots in my game. This is a way of giving back to a community I take so much from. I hope you like them.

I am terrible at creating modern homes, and I see lots of simmers here tend to like them, but I love traditional or antique style homes.

First a suburbia style home named the Tri-Shire Community Family House:

You can view a slideshow, just click on the picture:

World Adventures and the latest base game updates, 1.12/2.7, are required. This lot sits on a 30x30 base, comes fully furnished and landscaped for 96,340 simoleons, or empty for 43,706 simoleons. Three beds, two baths, 2car garage, foundation basement, nice amount of yard for the kiddies to play.

CC Included:

Siding by Kittyispretty69
Town Build Column and Shutters 1,2,9,10 by Funny

Not Included:

2tiled Ye Old Window by HugeLunatic
Centered Mullion Window by Leesester

Very nice houses. How do you make those quarter tiles?

Thank you. Just use a fence around the area you want the tiles to run in quarters and place the tile there, then delete the fence.  I use that room divider fencing.
