Newford, an imaginary North American city, where magic and myth come alive and the 'otherworld' is just a slip away thru gates in 'our' reality. A place where the Fae, and other denizens of the 'otherworld' are real and tangible to those who believe in them. A place where Native Americans, and their myths and tales mingle with all the others. A place where ancient myths and magic spill into the modern world. Come visit Newford, it's citizens; Jilly, The Crowgirls, Geordie and Christy, Holly Rue, The Kelledys, and others who live and work here and keep the magic alive-fae folk, painters, musicians, magicians, orphans and angels, spirits of place and spirits of the city. Come visit it's harbors, forests, cafe's, clubs, galleries and book stores. There is an underground city here too, a Chinatown, skid row, the Tombs (a mostly deserted part of the city, where magic is still afoot), and much more. Read about the Tree of Tales, The Pool of the Salmon of Wisdom, magical birds, stone drums, conjurers, magical cards, mermaids, dreams, and the mundane and magical people who find themselves thrown into exciting and enchanting adventures.
