This time i brought you a Unfurnished Second Empire styled Duplex/ Apartment. The house is divided into two parts. So that For those who have apartment life, you could convert it to an apartment building by using the zoning change cheat. Or, for those who don't have apartment life expansion ( including me ;) ), we can use it for a big family who likes to live together but not to share the same room. :bleh All credits and a huge thanks to all the creators and recolourists. INSTRUCTION FOR INSTALLATION: I've included a folder called " MASTER MESHES AND RECOLOURS" with the house in a zip file. YOU HAVE TO PUT THIS FOLDER IN YOUR "DOWNLOADS" BEFORE INSTALLING THE HOUSE! Otherwise, you'll see blinking blue on the objects who miss the Master mesh.
