These were inspired by a book that I have read: http://www.ransomriggs.com/ (http://www.ransomriggs.com/) Its called Mrs. Peregrines home for peculiar children. A very interesting back-story, for its not all fiction. At-least the pictures aren't. So, because I thought that some of your sim's will have weird Aunts or famous ex circus family members, they might want to show them off in some way. So these are bad quality pictures to begin with, because they are so old. It really adds to the effect of the pictures. I have tried to sharpen them as much as possible without ruining them.
