This is Roxy. I used her as my main model for basically all my CC. Someone from GOS requested her before my housemate Freckles and I were banned. Here are some screens of her:

So who is Roxy?

Roxy is a very childish person. She finds it difficult when she does not get her own way, and due to her hot-headed nature often tantrums to achieve her desires. She loves to party, demanding the attention of everyone at all social gatherings, unsatisfied unless she is the complete centre of attention. She can, however, entertain a crowd with her black humor and natural acting abilities. Her most unfortunate trait is how inappropriate she is. She does not understand right from wrong, and often leaves others in tears due to cruel remarks and unsavory actions. As a result, Roxy is not well liked by those around her and has very few friends. Those that she does have prefer not to invite her out, lest she ruin the party with her loud voice and obnoxious comments.
