Thank you so much for all of your comments :rolleyes: About lot placement: The house been build on the hill here. Remove the red house and place the lot there. Beautiful house and I will add it to my Sims 3 house collection :) cant wait to try it in my game. I was able to open the list of contents and some are store items and others are from closed sites. There are some still available at TSR and other sites though so you may have to put something else in place of the items no longer available if you cannot find them at the Graveyard or similar place.
