The lot is 2x2 I believe, and the apartments are a bit of a squeeze and maybe a bit expensive for how rundown the place is. But, that's what you get for the conveience of living downtown. The apartments are unfurnished besides the closets/bathroom. :P I have UNI, NL, Pets, SSN, BV, and AL.
