Inspired by real city streets and the need to be able to film on one lot instead of five different ones this is my version of a all in one lot. It is a lightly furnish residential lot, It come with a bookstore, coffee shop and class room with hallway furnished. The rest of the lot is free for you to decorate as you see fit. There are four homes on the residential side each home having one to two bedrooms and on the city side all the building are painted to look like real business in a real city.
