Title: Ayaatronics Warehouse Loft [Shell Residential building] Post by: Codtaro on February 20, 2011, 06:28:32 pm Someone had a "where can I find..." request that wasn't being filled. So I took it upon myself to make my first publically shared lot.
The person said they'd enjoy decorating the lot on their own, so if you download this, keep in mind that you are downloading nothing more than an empty building. I didn't even put any lighting in, because I wanted to allow the utmost creativity. It has apartment-like features, including the callbox, wall-mounted mailbox, and garbage chutes. There is absolutely no Custom Content in the entire building. But a real overuse of "create-a-style" (http://www.majhost.com/gallery/StreetOfAlice/0Sims30/Buildings-Residentia/ayaatronics_warehouse_loft.jpg) The two pictures in the middler show off the Loft space, and the trash chutes. As you can see, I made the place rusty. I didn't rust the mailbox, because I figured that would be a new addition by whatever brave sim decides to make this place home. There are some columns here and there just for decoration. If you don't like them, you can tear them out. They contain two of my altered textures, so if you want to add the rusty look to other areas in the apartment, these are perfect to extract them from.
