You'll find it in the upper navigation bar between the Arcade and Search button. Everyone - save guests - is allowed to add their links there. However, links need to be approved by an Admin or Global Mod first before they will show up. This is to prevent the section being spamed with double or unrelevant links. The Simscave Team |
