Well this is something you don't see every day: Lientebollemeis shared over 50 remakes of S1, S2 and S3 careers for Sims2!! w00t The careers work for both adults and teens/elders, they have custom icons, descriptions, etc. This means that you can now have a S1 career for your S2 game, or a career from a specific S2 EP for your basegame. Some careers may have the same name as an in-game career, but they have different working hours and paychecks, so they're technically different careers. If this isn't awesome, I don't know what is! grin
