it's cute but i thought you should know that it does have certain problems, like the wallpapers and some items of furnishing that you included install THREE copies of themselves, and when you try to sort it out by deleting any one of the three copies, the item or wallpaper then no longer work.

The windows and doors flash blue (meaning the mesh is there but the color is not)
And the mailbox and garbage can are missing, so if you move a family in it won't go to live mode.

otherwise it's such a cute little house, perfect for an elder sim or even as a vacation home!
